Purpose of This Resource

This is a private reference site with no official role in Grady County or Georgia government. It does not store official records, confirm a person's custody status, release anyone from confinement, accept a records request, or file a document with an agency or court.

The pages point readers toward sheriff, jail, corrections, parole, court, VINE, federal, and immigration resources that may hold relevant information. Some pages also provide access to independent research tools operated by third parties.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site lawfully and in a way that respects other people and the operation of the service. You agree that you will not:

Georgia Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction located in Georgia.

If One Provision Is Invalid

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
